OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Jan. 24, 2019 – Bott Radio Network (BRN) has strengthened its service to the Greater Nashville area with the addition of WFMQ 91.5 FM in Lebanon, Tennessee. This new station expands BRN’s Christian Talk Radio service to the east of Nashville. BRN acquired the station from Cumberland University and began broadcasting its format in December.
Thirteen years ago, BRN began serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee with its 50,000 watt superstation at AM 1160. Later, BRN added FM service with full-power stations in Nashville at 89.1 FM and in Dickson at 91.5 FM. Plus, translators were added in Clarksville at 99.5 FM, in Gallatin at 93.9 FM and in Donelson at 107.1 FM. This new, full-power station in Lebanon at 91.5 FM further strengthens BRN’s FM service in the Greater Nashville area.
“We are excited about this new FM signal in Lebanon as it helps us reach even more people with the power of God’s Word,” said Rich Bott, BRN Chairman and CEO. “This is an additional step forward to strengthen families and change lives through Bott Radio Network’s Quality Bible Teaching, Christian News and Information programming, day and night.”
BRN’s Business Development Manager for Middle Tennessee is Scott Maulsby. “This new FM station in Lebanon at 91.5 FM will be a blessing to many in the Greater Nashville area where even more people now can hear Quality Christian Talk Radio. I’m excited about how this will benefit Nashville and Middle Tennessee families and our local business sponsors,” Maulsby said.
