Coping with Rejection Let’s be honest. . . rejection does not feel good. It can be discouraging, frustrating, and push us to the point of wanting to quit. And sometimes, we do. Because sometimes, rejection feels like a shove in the opposite direction. Like a giant neon sign flashing, “THIS ISN’T YOUR CALLING!”
