The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart,” (Romans 10:8 NKJV). Have you ever seen a child at an ocean shore? Watching giant waves roll in, they’ll cling to their parent’s hand like their life depends on it. As a parent, we know we’re always there watching over them, even if we’re not holding their hand. But for our little ones, the hand is a lifeline. And only when they feel secure enough do they feel safe letting go and diving in to play in the surf.
