Errands for the King The King had many errands to run and he needed help to get them done. He asked his loyal subjects to volunteer to help him. Everyone was eager to help the King, so they all stepped forward. The King gave each of his volunteers a task. Some were sent to the market to buy food, others were sent to the tailor to get new clothes, and some were sent to the blacksmith to get new tools. The King was very pleased with his volunteers. They had done a great job and the errands were completed in no time. The King thanked his volunteers for their hard work and rewarded them with gold coins. The King's errands were done and everyone was happy.
