In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the hope, joy, and peace we have in knowing there’s better waiting for us at the conclusion of this life. The Kingdom of God is our inheritance, but it will require sacrifice today. Spiritual Warfare and The End Times - Intercession and Intervention

Does our faith belong in the public square? Should churches discuss current events? During this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson addresses these questions and encourages us to take God’s truth into our culture, no matter the consequence. Truth is not always celebrated and well received, and the Bible offers many examples of people meeting challenging circumstances after delivering a word from God. We should not be surprised when this happens to us—our goal is to please God, not people. We have a responsibility to bear the truth, share our God-stories, and intercede for others. Pastor Allen offers insight on what intercession is, and why it's critical to the forward momentum of our faith and the growth of God’s Kingdom.

What's Next

God has shown our nation great mercy, and it comes with an opportunity. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses our responses to the Lord in this election season and what our next steps should look like. He draws from the New Testament as well as the lives of Ezra and Elijah to demonstrate that when God grants His people grace and mercy, we need to have the boldness and courage to use that opportunity to advance His Kingdom. Christ-followers have the privilege of serving the Lord, and while we may face derision or rejection, we need to have the boldness to stand in our faith. Will we have the courage to do the difficult things necessary for our nation to regain the strength that only comes from a foundation in godliness?

Determining Our Identity - Part 2

Many identify themselves based on race, gender, nationality, or their occupation. But as Christ-followers, the allegiance of our lives is to Jesus—and that’s where our identity should rest. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses what it means to identify as a Christian. He walks through three questions about the defining factors of Jewish, American, and Christian identities, and he pulls from the New Testament to show how the fruit of our lives—our actions, behaviors, and motives—indicate our true identity and spiritual maturity. Pastor Allen looks at current events through a biblical lens to analyze the role the Church plays in culture and whether the fruit of a faith-filled people is evident in our nation today.
