Are Adam and Eve Metaphorical or Historical?

In this episode, Adriel Sanchez and Bill Maier answer questions from callers about Christian households, Pentecostal churches, Adam and Eve, 1 Corinthians 15, and the doctrine of "once saved, always saved". Regarding Christian households, the Bible does not indicate which work should be done by the husband or wife. Pentecostal churches may forbid men to have beards and require women to have long hair for cultural reasons. Adam and Eve may be seen as metaphorical figures, but they may also be seen as real historical figures. 1 Corinthians 15 relates to Jesus's physical resurrection by emphasizing the importance of the resurrection in the Christian faith. The Bible teaches that those who are saved will remain saved, but it is important to remain in faith and obedience to God.
