Next, they answer your questions at(800) 525-7000and [email protected] about the following: - I am self employed. Two years ago I got breast cancer and was not able to work. We went through our savings and have a lot of credit card debt. I am healthy again and now my husband and I both work 3 jobs. We are not behind on payments, but not getting ahead. I heard you talking about debt consolidation and thatit was a bad idea, I did not hear the why behind this. Can you offer a suggestion for my situation? - My brother in law borrowed 40K from us. For two years we didnt say anything because he had a heart attack and was out of work. Now, on year three, he has started paying us back. He paid for about 4-5 months and then stopped again. I am getting very resentful and I dont know how to handle this. Advice?
