Hope for Zambia’s Orphans With Mario Zandstra

Mario Zandstra, President and CEO of Family Legacy Missions International, is dedicated to helping the estimated 1.2 million orphans in Zambia, often referred to as the "Land of Orphans". He explains that AIDS is the main cause of the high number of orphans in Zambia, but there are other reasons such as men not being committed to their homes, having alcohol problems, or abandonment issues. Zandstra shares the various ways Family Legacy Missions International helps the orphans, such as spiritually, providing meals, medical help, Biblical social and emotional learning, and educating them in 22 schools.
