Bill Kay, Executive Director of CRE-Center for Religious Expression. Bill is a former U.S. Marine and Special Agent with the FBI specializing in violent crimes investigations, firearms and other types of training, and tactical operations. He retired from the FBI in March of 2019. The mission of CRE is to faithfully and competently defend the Christian voice and conscience.
