Anyone who sets out to strengthen his body understands what's required. To add muscle and reduce fat, we need to visit the gym several times a week and sweat a little. Plus, we need to consume protein. For greater spiritual health, we need to follow the biblical diet. Hebrews 5 says, Someone who lives on milk is still an infant. Solid food is for those who are mature.
